FeNi (HF)
FeNi (Iron Nickel) alloy powder is typically an alloy powder with a nickel content between 10% and 90%. The ratio of iron to nickel can be adjusted within a large range, and it exhibits corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, heat resistance, and wear resistance characteristics. Composed of micro- or nano-scale particles, the powder features a high specific surface area. Near-spherical or spherical powder with controllable morphology can be obtained via different powder making processes such as water atomization, gas atomization. The uniform distribution of iron and nickel components within the powder particles ensures consistent performance. Combining premium soft magnetic properties, uniquely high controllable thermal expansion behavior, good mechanical properties and a high degree of design ability in chemical and process performance, FeNi alloy has become a high-end functional material.
