FeSiAl (Super Sendust)
FeSiAl alloy powder is produced by the vacuum atomization process. It features ultra-low oxygen content, high sphericity, controllable particle size distribution, uniform microstructure, good powder flowability, high apparent density, easy formability, high mechanical strength, and better corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance than pure iron powder. Endowed with soft magnetic properties including high magnetic permeability, low coercivity and low loss, it exhibits excellent magnetic stability in the medium-to-high frequency range.
