FeNiMo (MPP)
FeNiMo (Iron-nickel-molybdenum) alloy powder typically contains nickel content in the range of 45% - 85% and molybdenum in 1%-6%, with the proportion of iron, nickel and molybdenum adjustable over a wide range. It exhibits excellent properties including corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, heat resistance and wear resistance. Composed of micro- or nano-scale particles, the powder features a high specific surface area, near-spherical or spherical powder with controllable morphology can be obtained via different powder making processes (such as water atomization and gas atomization). The homogeneous distribution of Fe-Ni-Mo components inside the powder particles ensures consistent performance.
