Molding Choke Powders
Molding chokes (also known as molded power inductors) are mainstream SMD power inductors .They are manufactured by embedding copper winding into metal magnetic powder and pressing them into a single component under high pressure, with pins directly formed on the surface, eliminating traditional separated cores and bobbins.
Typical Properties
- Uniform chemical composition
- Low oxygen content
- Good Temperature Stability
- High tap density with low forming pressure
