Non Vacuum Gas Atomization Equipment

Non-vacuum gas atomization powder production equipment relies on the core aerodynamics design, molten metal is poured into a preheated tundish, and then regulated through a flow guide tube with a specific aperture diameter into a high-pressure inert gas atomizer. High-velocity inert gas jets instantly shatter the molten metal stream into micron-sized droplets. During the falling and cooling process, these droplets rapidly solidify into micron-scale spherical or spheroidal powder particles under the action of surface tension, which are subsequently sieved and classified to produce metal powders with different particle size distributions.
